Production Team Lead job responsibilities include

Oversee departmental activities per standard operating procedures. Work with the Supervisor in the assignment and supervision of personnel to always achieve an efficient operation. Assist the Shift Supervisor to see that all manufacturing orders are followed through properly to completion and are filled out properly prior to turning in. Assists personnel in analyzing and correcting problems encountered in job assignments to perform work according to standard operating procedures. Provide orderly and efficient changeover to the next shift. Demonstrate Milgard’s Core Values in all business interactions. Support training and development of team members. Adhere to all facets of safety policies and procedures, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment.

Qualifications

Prior supervisory experience mentoring and motivating a team of individuals Prior manufacturing experience preferred Kaizen experience preferredCompute basic math equations and accurately read a tape measure High-level of Mechanical Aptitude Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel) Pivot table experience preferredAbility to lift 50 pounds unassisted
