They have multiple offices throughout the area, with the majority of their work located between Falls Church and Richmond. Their bread and butter is Multifamily construction with the majority of their projects valued between $30 and $100M, however they have completed projects worth $200M+. They have been consistently growing in headcount and revenue year over year and as a result are looking to grow their team. They are currently looking to hire an Assistant Project Manager.DescriptionThe Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for:coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and vendorsmaintaining accurate project documentationmonitoring project progressattending project meetingscompleting RFIs, submittals, and change ordersreporting into a Project ManagerProfileThe Assistant Project Manager will have:at least 2 years of experience in constructionbase building experiencemultifamily experience preferreda degree in a construction-related fieldexcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenstrong time management and organizational skillsJob OfferThe Assistant Project Manager will receive:a competitive base salary dependent on experienceannual bonus potentialmileage reimbursement401k + matchhealth & dental insurancePTO & paid holidays
