The role available with my client is a Bakery Operations Director They are looking for a candidate who will successfully oversee the QA, Production, and Engineering departments. DescriptionCreate goals for facility performance metrics for safety, quality, productivity and cost.Manage, analyze, and generate reports along with recommendations from the key metrics of bakery operations.Oversees the coordination and scheduling of production to meet sales and marketing demand levels to established service expectations.Develop policies and procedures targeted to eliminate downtime and improve bakery efficiencies.Supports and directs location Continuous Improvement programs.Perform production area walkthroughs, investigate any issues and determine the cause. Mitigate to ensure policy conformance.Oversee Warehouse FEFO (First Expired First Out) practice, and adherence to cleanliness and operational standards.ProfileBachelor's Degree ideally in Business, Engineering, Finance, or Operations10+ years of experience in Food Manufacturing Strong knowledge of TPM, P&L, and vendor managementExecellent writing, math, and analytical skillsJob OfferGreat Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision)401k with matchGenerous PTOCareer growth opportunity Base compensation: $150k-180k
