📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We seek an IT BA with expertise in broker dealer concepts & proficiency in ibroker dealer systems, such as Broadridge Impact and/or Bloomberg. This role involves overseeing the creation and approval of core project documentation including business requirements, functional requirements, technical specifications, user acceptance testing.Client DetailsA Wealth Management Firm known for its extensive range of financial products and services, including asset management, risk management, and advisory services.DescriptionStay updated on regulatory requirements such as TRACE and FR2004 reporting.Evaluate broker-dealer's capabilities, systems (Broadridge Impact/Bloomberg), and processes to identify gaps for onboarding requirements.Create a detailed onboarding plan and timeline for new market participants, outlining necessary steps and milestones.Coordinate with regulatory bodies to understand application processes, reporting requirements, and ongoing obligations.Assist in gathering information and submitting documentation required for broker-dealer's onboarding process. It is imperative that this candidate have experience in the broker dealer space, utilizing Broadridge Impact or Bloomberg.ProfileAt least 5 years of experience in a similar business analyst or market operations role, ideally within a broker-dealer or financial institution.A comprehensive understanding of financial markets, regulatory requirements, and onboarding processes.Proven track record in successfully onboarding and supporting new market participants.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of interpreting complex data and extracting meaningful insights.Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, able to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences.Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and business intelligence software.Prior experience in process improvement initiatives and project management.
It is imperative that this candidate have experience in the broker dealer space, utilizing Broadridge Impact or Bloomberg.
