📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
As the Personal & Executive Assistant will support c-level staff of a financial firm. The ideal candidate will have Personal & Executive Assistant support coming from a corporate/office setting and have at least 3-5 years of experience. You will be able to work in fast paced environment, able to multitask, and be problem-solution oriented.This role is on-site & based in Manhattan, with some travel required.Client DetailsFinancial ServicesDescriptionExecutive & Business SupportDirectly support the c-level executive with daily administrative tasksManage a busy calendar, handle meeting logistics, and all coordinationCoordinate and organize international & domestic travel arrangements; create itinerariesCreate expense reports from travel, meals, etc. and handle reimbursementsEnsure all meeting materials are prepared, assist and take minutes for internal/external meetings, create agendas and assist with presentations as neededCommunicate with the President on deadline issues, urgent emails, etc.Liaise with additional employees/executives to support with administrative needsPersonal SupportHandle all personal travel coordination including: transportation, lodging, itineraries, etc.Manage personal appointments and calendaringLiaise with family as needed and ensure the highest level of confidentialityProfileBachelors Degree is preferred5+ years of Executive/Personal Assistant experience coming from a corporate/office settingProven experience supporting a C-Level executive is requiredMust be able to work on-site Monday to Friday with occasional evenings + weekendsAbility to anticipate needs and identify potential problemsExcellent written & verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment & adaptable to changeStrongly proficient using Microsoft Office & G-SuiteMust be local to the Greater NYC areaJob OfferPermanent OpportunityBenefits, PTO, 401k
