Project Manager - Sitework Light Industrial Construction

This is an immediate need for a project manager to work for one of the nations top site work subcontractors. The focus is the light industrial market including warehouse distribution, data centers, mission critical, and manufacturing facilities.Client DetailsClient has an illustrious history leading the site work ground work specialty contractor business in the US. They have well tenured professionals that keep a steady supportive culture and drive to service clients at an elevated level.DescriptionManage and/or coordinate Company personnel and resources for the projectAssist with pre-construction effortsManage all aspects of project from inceptionPrepare trade contracts and bid packages, as well as oversee procurement processOversee performance of project including, project status, schedule, cost control, change management systemsMaintain relationships with clients, designers and consultantsAttend and lead project meetings, including progress, pre-construction and pre-awardReview inspection and test data for compliance with specificationsDevelop and maintain site logistics plan, in coordination with SuperintendentDemonstrate commitment to an Injury-Free Environment through own actionsMentorship of more junior PMs and support staffProfileGeneral contractor experience is acceptable but must have extensive detailed knowledge of ground work portionGround work site work civil construction experience across the light industrial industry or similar5+ years experience as a PMTechnical degree level education in construction or related fieldStrong verbal and written communication skillsStable work recordKnowledge in Construction Management or related field requiredJob OfferBase salary: $90,000 - $120,000 + benefits
