With an annual revenue exceeding $145 million, my client continues to drive excellence within the industry.DescriptionThe Superintendent - Education/Multifamily/Retail will be responsible for:Take charge of overall project management, from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with project plans, specifications, and schedules.Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless communication and project coordination.Employ exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage on-site construction teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Demonstrate proficiency in various project types, including Health care, Higher Education, K-12, Library, Multifamily, and Office spaces.Utilize General Contractor (GC) experience to oversee and manage subcontractors, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to project specifications.Uphold my clients core values while establishing a strong presence on the construction site, leading by example and cultivating a positive and respectful atmosphere.Implement a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential project risks, safety concerns, and other challenges that may arise during construction.Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including progress reports, safety records, and quality control measures.ProfileThe Superintendent - Education/Multifamily/Retail will have:Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in construction project management.Proven experience overseeing a variety of projects, including Healthcare, Higher Education, K-12, Library, Multifamily, and Office spaces.Strong background in General Contracting (GC) operations.Proficiency in subcontractor management and coordination.Excellent leadership skills with a history of managing on-site construction teams effectively.In-depth understanding of construction plans, specifications, and industry best practices.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate effective collaboration among project stakeholders.Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and community engagement.Ability to navigate challenges and solve problems in a proactive and timely manner.Experience in projects that align with my clients core values and commitment to community impact is a plus.Job OfferThe Superintendent - Education/Multifamily/Retail will receive:Competitive Salary: $ USD 100,000-135,000 base ( depending on experience)Bonus structure- around 10% of your base salaryCar allowance- 500$ monthlyBenefits ( Medical, Dental, Vision)- 100% paid for20 days PTOand so much more
