DescriptionThe Construction Superintendent will be responsible for:Crafting detailed work plans, schedules, resource allocations, and progress reports, including the development and implementation of comprehensive project schedules to meet deadlines.Implementing work procedures, interpreting specifications, and orchestrating construction phases to forestall delays and address client needs.Vigilantly overseeing field operations to enforce safety regulations, company protocols, and construction codes, fostering a safety-centric environment.ProfileThe ideal Construction Superintendent will have:3+ years experienceExperience supervising site/civil/utility projectsOSHA 30Familiarity with Trimble Earthworks and Trimble SiteworksExpires using Trimble GPS SystemKnowledge of Earthworks programs in equipmentJob OfferThe Construction Superintendent will receive:Compensation up to $155kAnnual BonusCompany VehicleFuel Card + Company Credit CardProfit SharingCompetitive healthcare
