Summary:One of our clients who specializes in refrigerated and frozen food freight transportation is in need of a freight dispatcher to join their team. They are a family-owned freight logistics company looking for a professional looking to advance their career, no dispatcher experience necessary.The successful candidate is a take-charge individual who will seek out work and clients/drivers to fulfill the needs rather than wait for someone to come to them. You will have the opportunity to build your own book of business, determining your compensation to some degree based on the strength of your drive in the workplace. The environment is fast-paced, with quick-witted coworkers that are straight forward and excel when they think on their toes.Candidates must have a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently, as well as in a team. Must be out-going in your business life and be able to develop professional, yet personal, relationships with clients and drivers. You must have a thick skin for being told "no"- while this isn't specifically a sales position, you must be able to act as the middleman between client loads and long haul drivers.

Compensation:Salary starting at $52k per yearQuarterly bonuses ($1,000-$10,000 depending on performance)Health insurance after 90 days401k with 3% employer match
