Role DescriptionThis is an unpaid volunteer remote role for a UI/UX Designer at MIDIScale. As a UI/UX Designer Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for our piano learning platform. You will collaborate with the product team to design and implement user-centered solutions, conduct user research, create wireframes and mockups, and work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality. Pending venture funding, future paid employment is possible.
QualificationsVisual Design and User Interface Design skillsExperience creating wireframes and mockupsKnowledge of User Experience (UX) principlesFront-End Development skillsPassion for creating user-centered designsStrong attention to detailAbility to work independently and remotely
Bonus SkillsExperience with Unity game engine (2D)Experience in the music or education industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field
