Role Description

MiEthereum is in search of a seasoned Crypto Social Media Manager to spearhead our social media strategy and operations in a fully remote, dynamic environment. This pivotal role entails managing our global social media footprint, crafting and executing viral marketing campaigns, and fostering community engagement that aligns with our brand’s ethos and vision. As a central figure in our marketing team, you’ll harness the power of social media to amplify our reach, engage with our community on a deep level, and drive conversations around the future of technology, focusing on Web3 innovations.

Responsibilities

Strategic Social Media Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms including Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging crypto social channels to elevate brand presence and maximize global reach.Content Creation and Campaigns: Generate captivating social media content and viral marketing campaigns. Collaborate with graphic designers and video production teams to create authentic and innovative content that resonates with our audience.Analytics and Reporting: Utilize social media analytic tools to monitor performance, set targets, and produce regular reports. Leverage insights to refine strategies and enhance audience engagement.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and partnership teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across campaigns. Initiate and manage cross-departmental efforts to support strategic objectives.Community Engagement: Actively engage with our community, building strong relationships with followers and influencers within the crypto/Web3 space. Organize and participate in events that align with our mission and values.Innovation and Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of social media trends, particularly in the tech and crypto/Web3 sectors. Propose and implement innovative approaches to drive brand awareness and audience growth.

Qualifications

Experience: At least 4 years in digital marketing or social media management, with a strong portfolio demonstrating success in engaging tech-savvy audiences.Expertise in crypto/Web3: A deep understanding of Web3 culture, Blockchain, and cryptocurrency communities. Previous experience in a similar role within the crypto exchange or fintech industry is highly preferred.Social Media Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in managing major social media platforms with a focus on Twitter and LinkedIn. Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.Communication Skills: Exceptional writing and creative skills for crafting compelling social content and campaigns that drive engagement.Analytical Abilities: Experience with analytics tools to measure, report, and optimize campaign performance.Education: A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Fluency in English is a must.
