We consistently Communicate, Educate, Coach, Empower, Recognize Achievements and have Fun with our Employees, to enable them to earn as much as their efforts generate.A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SALES CONSULTANT…Support our Mighty Dog Pledge to homeowners including exceptional communication, on-time service, dress for success cleanliness, and integrity.Meet directly with homeowners and production manager to inspect the roof, attic, and/or whole home exterior.Input data into Acculynx database from personal inspection of the roof.Update Acculynx with additional data, as required.Present and Close EstimatesCommunicate with Customer throughout the process.Generate Leads, in addition to managing leads that are assigned to you in a timely manner.Ensure job profitability.Climb a ladder or attic stairs to conduct attic inspection.Canvass assigned areas using our canvassing app.OUR EXPECTATION:· 4+ years Outside Sales Experience· Alignment to OSHA Safety Requirements· Coachable with Desire to Learn· Self-Managed & Dedicated· Wear Brand clothing for all customer appointments.· Great Verbal and Written Communication Skills· Team Player with a Positive and Fun Attitude· Strong Computer Skills- Required· Use of Apps-Required· Valid Driver’s License-RequiredCOMPENSATION, BENEFITS & PERKS:Full-time employmentGenerous commission and bonus structurePaid Gas Allowance or based on your Success in closing business- A Business Truck will be provided.Industry, Products, Applications & OSHA training provided.AI Sales Canvassing AppTravelog AppComputer & Phone ProvidedInsurance Options AvailableBBB A Rated and Accredited.Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor.OSHA CompliantEnergetic and fast-paced work environment that understands the importance of a great work/life balance.Are You tired of not having fun in your job and not being in control of your career and financial growth...
