Capitol is always looking to make long lasting impacts in the community through a variety of different opportunities. At present we are looking for an Account Manager that will lend support to the Sales and Marketing departments in our community outreach efforts.
Requirements:Recommending programs or merchandise to help customersAnswering questions and addressing concernsInforming customers about promotions and policiesDemonstrating how products and services workAccompany the team to on site product presentations and events.Taking payments for purchases of services
Qualifications:The ability to communicate effectivelyThe ability to read, write, and perform basic mathA professional appearanceA friendly and outgoing demeanorA concern for others and a desire to helpStrong customer service skillsTies to their communities
