📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are currently looking for an Account Representative to join our team in Hollywood. The selected candidates will work on expanding our clients' customer base by creating long lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with new and existing customers. Individuals with past experience in the hospitality industry tend to succeed because of their hand on customer service approach.
Account Representative Responsibilities:Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner.Answer customer inquiries regarding products and service questions.Suggest information about other products and services.Assist with the acquisition of new customers.Inform customers of sales promotions and services.Processes payments for orders, refunds or exchanges.Sell products and services.
Qualifications:High School diploma or GED. College degree preferred.Ability to serve a constant stream of customers during the day. Ability to deal with different types of customers.Ability to help solve customer problems with the best intentions.
