📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Our goals are to fully train successful candidates in Events and/ or Retail Promotions for our nonprofit clients.Brand representatives will gain hands-on experience in working with large nonprofit organizations, fundraising, team management and more.
Responsibilities:•Manage and keep track of daily goals•Meet fundraising targets through exceptional service•Greet our donors with a radiant smile•Bring a positive and great mentality to work every day•Crush goals through our sales and marketing techniques•Use customer service and sales techniques to reach and exceed goals•Represent some of the largest organizations nationwide
Qualifications:•Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields is preferred but not required•Exceptional customer service skills•Excitement for growth in a company•Ability to build rapport with clients•Strong negotiation skills•Detail-oriented•Motivated to continuously grow
Cross- training in areas of business such as HR, PR, Accounting, Finances, Account Management, Market Research is also available
