Job Description: We are seeking a Client Service Rep to join our team. This highly organized and motivated professional will serve as the first point of contact for client questions. This position will manage various company processes and provide general support on projects across all departments.Salary range: $40000 - $50000 per year.Responsibilities:Answering and directing customer queries.Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every customerUpdate customer information in the customer service database during and after each customer interactionAssists in marketing budget development and cost tracking.Implemented quality communication, customer support, and product representation for each client.Stay abreast of assigned client workflow documents and modify daily work as indicatedStrive to reach weekly team goalsStrictly adhere to company compliance standards and attend all required trainingQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business or a related field required1+ years' experience in a management position preferredStrong communication skills requiredProblem-solving experience Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlinesAbility to balance a strategic and creative mindset with meticulous attention to detail
