Higher Ground Events. is looking for an individual that feels comfortable leading, teaching, and developing a team while leading from the front of the pack. If you are looking to gain experience growing professionally and personally, we provide training and encourage our team to be cross trained between marketing, leadership, public relations and human resources. Our firm has a proven track record of developing GREAT individuals into AMAZING leaders within our firm. We are seeking leaders to help take our sales and marketing team to the next level!

The firm is currently on track to open 5 more branches this upcoming year.This is a full time position, and a great communication background is required. The intent is to move an individual into a management position, so a career oriented mentality is desired as well. Job Requirements:Candidates must possess integrity, character and exemplary ambition for success. The position is considered an entry level consulting position meaning thorough training is provided. It has been a wonderful start for many of our leaders right out of college! We have a strict promote only from within policy which provides candidates with room for advancement and experience in marketing, advertising, and sales.
