📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
The Role
The Silver Star Partners Leadership Development Program is a rotational, hands-on experience for new college graduates, those changing career paths, or someone with less than 2 years of leadership experience. Through this program, participants will be immersed into the operations at Silver Star Partners, while enhancing their management, leadership, analytical and project management skills through practical real-world experience and “in the moment” coaching and development. These roles will maintain responsibilities relating to our current clients and colleagues.

● Gain an in-depth understanding of the marketing industry● Directly contribute to our culture through hands-on and interactive management opportunities; partner with leadership to understand the coaching, engagement, and performance management processes● Work as a collaborative team member in your community to promote and engage products for our clientsWhat You Will Need To Be Successful
