Position Summary: To fulfill increasing client needs, we are hiring a Management Trainee to oversee our latest campaign. The training we offer is paid and encompasses all areas of our business. We believe that having first hand exposure to each department is crucial to effective leadership and maintains transparency amongst the ranks.
Our Executive Staff will work with you daily to provide you with hands on training in the following areas:

The training is a combination of classroom sessions and job shadowing.
REQUIREMENTS:Prior leadership experience in either sports or in a professional environmentOutstanding interpersonal communication skills both written and verbalMust maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all timesPassionate and proactive about learning new skillsAssertive and confident, yet approachableOutgoing, personable, and pleasantTeam oriented with the ability to excel independentlyExcellent public speaking skills
