📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Compass Marketing is looking for someone with a strong desire to progress and achieve their goals! We are looking for individuals who are competitive and are looking to develop themselves through this learning-based environment.
Compass Marketing is an outsourced marketing agency that specializes in experiential marketing. Our agency works closely with Non-Profit Charities, as well as Fortune 500 companies such as AT&T/Spectrum. Our goal as a company is to provide a quality customer for every client that we work with through our experiential marketing expertise.
This is an in-person role. Our office is located in Uptown Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities
Experiential marketing and sales on behalf of the client - communicate directly with customers to build personable relationshipsPublic speaking - ability to teach and train new/current hiresSupport marketing executives in running and organizing direct campaign eventsOrganizing local business trips to test different markets for clientsTeam management - managing a team of 5-15 people
Qualifications
Must be 18+ with High School Degree/GEDA Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Administration/ Entrepreneurship/Psychology/Marketing/ANY is preferred but not requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsMust be in Charlotte or able to commute into the city
Job types
Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Pay: 700-1500 per week
Schedule: Monday-Friday / Weekend availability.
Supplemental pay: Bonus pay
