You’ll Be DISRUPTIVE Through These Duties And Responsibilities

Coordinate maintenance for the Milwaukee Tool Olive Branch Distribution Center.Track and perform preventive maintenance on production machinery such as conveyors, forklifts, stretch wrappers, tape machines, etc.Troubleshoot and repair distribution/production machinery safely and quickly when failures occur.Provide support for all departments in the distribution center to help keep each area productive.Order parts and supplies needed to maintain all equipment and inventory.Perform building repairs and other duties as required such as light plumbing, painting, running occasional maintenance related errands, and contact contracted labor for facilities up-keep.Develop and maintain complete P.M. schedule on all equipment.Provide training and instruction to facilities technicians.Maintain 5S techniques in the shop and work areas.Aid with cleaning and custodial duties.Perform other duties as assigned.

The TOOLS You’ll Bring With You

Requires education equivalent to four years of high school.4-8 years of professional work experience in a production environment.Results-focused, takes ownership of team success.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.Able to problem-solve quickly and execute solutions effectively.Requires development mindset and always willing to learn and be coached.

Physical And Weightlifting Demands

Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling of tools and boxes.Standing for long periods of time, as well as repetitive motion.Operate manual pallet jacks (Operation of other equipment is a plus!).Able to work in various temperature conditions.Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 70lbs.
