Immediate rapid expansion into additional states is planned for the coming year.

Job Summary

The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for providing human resource administrative support for employee relations, onboarding, record keeping and compliance for MIND 24-7 in alignment with established strategies, polices and federal, state and local laws.

Essential Job Functions

Responds to unemployment claims and verifications of employment, including providing all necessaryManages worker's compensation to include first report of injury, Osha logs, safety programs and all necessary communication. Compensation claim inquiries, including providing all necessaryRecord Keeping of all personnel files and human resources recordsMaintains documentation relating to record-keeping and the personnel files.Maintains team member credentialing requirementsTracks, maintains, and sends out communications regarding employee licensing credentials.Maintains and audits personnel files and human resource records and compiles reports as neededManages tuition reimbursement program.Participates in onboarding and New Employee Orientation.Maintains high confidentiality standards for all employee records and information including wages, benefits, and personnel issues.Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.Maintains current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).Assists with all internal and external HR- related matters as needed.Effective and efficient communication with all stakeholdersStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsPerform any other related duties as required or assigned.Be onsite at Scottsdale Headquarters Monday-Friday during working hours.

Position Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 3 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Excellent and professional written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsKnowledge of basic HR policies and procedures.Advanced computer experience and skill in usage of the internet, HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of HR-related laws and regulations and best practices.Planning, organizing, and project management skills.Ability to multi-task, shift priorities, and handle high-pressure time sensitive situations.Strong interpersonal skills required to build relationships, promote teamwork, and resolve conflicts.Ability to handle confidential and/or sensitive information in a professional manner.Must be able to work independently.Capable of handling multiple sites.
