Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist at MIND & BODY FITNESS, INC. DBA HEALTH CHECK PHYSICAL THERAPY, INC. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for conducting patient assessments, developing customized treatment plans, implementing therapeutic interventions, and monitoring progress. They will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals and provide guidance to patients for home care exercises and techniques. The Physical Therapist will contribute to a multidisciplinary team and play a vital role in helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
