📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:Hybrid Role - 3 days in Office/2 WFHAt least 2 years relevant experience required. Design and produce standard and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and various data visualization reporting solutions related to new and ongoing PR announcements and initiatives. Gather and document report requirements. Use reporting tools, applications, and/or queries to create and configure new reports and dashboards. Perform modifications and enhancements on existing reports based on evolving business requirements. Validate and test reports to ensure accuracy and quality. May participate in the design and development of business intelligence reporting tools. May provide support and training to end-users for reporting tools and reports.
Skillset Matrix:Technology Requirements (I.E Programs, systems, etc) - Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Meltwater (a media, social and consumer intelligence tool), PowerBI.What does a typical day look like? (daily tasks) - Daily tasks will include generating coverage reports for various PR announcements and initiatives. Creation of self-service dashboards for stakeholders. Attending and engaging in meetings with stakeholders.Preferred background/prior work experience? - Experience working in a fast-paced PR environment, supporting multiple stakeholders and initiativesPriority soft skills - Communication (written & in-person), teamwork, collaboration, analytical thinking, time management, stakeholder management.Will support various PR teams within the CoRE (Communications, Responsibility & Events) department.
