📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced print associate that wants to continue to grow their skills within a team of creatives. With a focus on customer care and digital print production work, the print production designer will quote, plan, prepare, and complete print jobs, from altering files to meet printing equipment requirements to cutting and binding the finished product. Working with customers daily by phone, email, and in person will be required for this role.To be successful, the print production designer should have a good understanding of color calibration and technical printing standards, and a keen eye for detail. This full time, in person position requires standing for several hours a day and lifting paper boxes 50lbs or more. This is a digital print production environment; must be fluent in working with PC computers and Adobe Creative Cloud.Print Production experience is a MUST! Outstanding customer service skills are a MUST! Training will be provided on our proprietary pricing software.Compensation negotiable with experience.
