Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Junior Genesys Cloud Developer for a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension to help us design and deliver CX solutions that provide our client with a beautiful customer journey that achieves results. The role is hybrid working with 3 times per week work from the office. The successful candidate will play a key role in IVR and Routing development activities, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Responsibilities:Write, maintain, and implement Genesys Cloud contact center solutions.Development of Genesys Cloud call flows for routing and IVR.Development of Scrips and SMS configuration in Genesthe ys platformMonitor the technical performance of internal systems. Respond to requests from the development team. Gather information from consumers about program functionality.Conduct technical implementation activities to support transaction.Work on bug fixing.
Qualifications1+ years of experience with the contact center solutions.0.5+ year of experience with the Genesys Cloud solutions: Genesys Cloud Architect, IVR callflows, Routing.Hands-on with Genesys Cloud Scripting and JavaScript.Experience with applications leveraging APIs, JSON or JavaScript in web applications.Excellent communication skills.
Nice to have:Genesys Cloud Professional certification.Knowledge or hands-on experience with Google Dialogue Flow.
