📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Financial Analyst for $200B+ AUM strategic based private investment manager located within NYC.
COMPENSATION:Base - $125,000 to $150,000Bonus - $150,000 to $175,000
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:• Create and maintain complex financial models using Excel to forecast leveraged cash flows and financial return metrics (IRR, Equity Multiple, Yield on Cost, and Partnership-level returns) for potential and existing investments across asset classes.• Help structure business plans, perform due diligence and produce well-organized investment memos and marketing materials for presentations to internal team members and the Investment Committee.• Support the investment team with asset management and reporting processes for existing portfolio by maintaining underwriting models, reviewing third-party financial reports, creating internal analyses/valuations and making recommendations for all investment opportunities.
