📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Location: 100% remote, Must work EST hoursTitle: Sr. Desktop EngineerW-2 Candidates Only
Design, build, and support the end-user computing environment for all users. This includes hardware and software selection, deployment strategies, system imaging, and ongoing management with both on-premise and cloud-based tools for physical and virtual client systems.
Skills and Qualifications
Proficiency in MECM design, configuration, and maintenance.Experience with MECM imaging, software packaging and deployment, and client configuration.Familiarity with client system provisioning strategies including MECM, MDT, and AutoPilot.Knowledge of Intune configuration and management, including co-management with MECM.Understanding of Azure Active Directory and hybrid AD Joined devices.Experience in mobile device and Windows 10 management using Intune.Familiarity with VMware, Active Directory, and Horizon configuration and management.Proficiency in PowerShell and command-line scripting.
