Summary

The Systems Compliance Administrator is responsible for all updates and patch compliance on both workstations and servers utilizing SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) and Microsoft Intune. Must be flexible to support pre-scheduled after-hours or weekend work and support.

Responsibilities

Manage, monitor, and maintain Windows patch levels on servers and workstation OSDiagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve Windows patching and SCCM and Intune client errorsManage, monitor, and maintain all 3rd party programs on servers and workstations and keep them in complianceManage, monitor, and maintain compliance levels based on Tenable reports provided by Sec OPSDiagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with Patching, SCCM Client Failure, and Intune client issuesPerforms all other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standards

Qualifications

Up to 2 years of Windows server/workstation OS troubleshooting to the component levelUp to 2 years Microsoft SCCM/Intune troubleshootingUp to 2 years Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with patching on servers and workstationsUp to 2 years Direct or indirect problem determination and resolutionExperience with Patch My PC , Remediation of out-of-date software, autopilot of hybrid environment, Intune & Azure (EntraID) and TenableMust be self-motivated, team oriented and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to problem solve.Strong sense of urgency and strong commitment to quality customer serviceFamiliarity with ITIL concepts5% - Although travel is usually planned in advance, issues can arise which could warrant immediate travel to one or more satellite locations.
