Due to growth and expansion, manufacturer is adding a Drafter to their established engineering team. As the Drafter, you will report to an Engineering Manager and will work within a team of CAD Drafters. Daily you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Work with sales team on new customer design projectsUpdate product drawings based on customer requests Make modifications to existing drawings in AutoCAD Submit designs to sales for customer submission Other duties as delegated by management
This is a hands-on position that requires qualified candidates to spend the majority of their time working at a desk in a shared office environment. Individuals should enjoy working in a laid back environment, be detail oriented, have good follow through and be able to work on multiple projects at a time.

REQUIREMENTS for the Drafter:1. Minimum of a high school diploma/GED with at least one year of similar CAD experience OR an Associate's degree in a related field 2. 2D AutoCAD experience 3. Microsoft Office, including MS Excel
Skills preferred but NOT required:1. Inventor software or another form of 3D modeling 2. Welding and fabrication experience 3. Mechanical aptitude
