Requirements
Language Skills:Perfect command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Educational Background:Record of attending and graduating from a reputable law school.
Responsibilities:Resolving Financial Disputes with Vendors:Investigate and resolve financial disputes with vendors, ensuring a fair and legally sound resolution.Negotiate terms and conditions to safeguard the company's financial interests.
Writing/Reviewing Contracts:Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including but not limited to vendor agreements, partnership contracts, and client agreements.Ensure that all contracts align with legal requirements and company policies.Responding to Complaints:
Address and respond to legal complaints, internal or external, and provide legal guidance to relevant stakeholders.Collaborate with teams to develop strategies for mitigating legal risks.
Filing Insurance Claims:Manage the process of filing insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.Collaborate with insurance providers to expedite the claims process and maximize benefits for the company.
Qualifications:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Previous experience in corporate law or a similar role is preferred.
