Title: Commercial Marketing Specialist IVDuration: 12 months (possible extension)Location: Fort Worth, TX 76134
Description:Own entire Marketing Approval Process for all promotional content, including submissions in Veeva, quality control review, and meetings with regulatory, medical, and legal teams, as well as marketing team content owners.Responsible for driving strategic submission pipeline in partnership with marketing teams, including participation in brand team meetings with creative agencies and publishersManage content in all physical and digital formats, including digital hubs, asset management platforms, and printed inventory in warehousesCommunicate regulatory impact on content across marketing team to ensure collaboration
Must Haves:Fluently speak, write, and read EnglishPM experience with PM tools JIRA, Trello, Asana or something similar - to manage priorities within a system (not just excel)Worked in an organization that has, previously submitted content through a promotional review process or regulated industry
Preferred Qualifications:Is familiar with VEEVA, PRP, or the process marketing content reviewed and approvedPharmaceutical, Life Sciences a plus but not required
