IAM Engineer

Our client is a global organization, named one of the largest in the Automobile industry! They are rapidly growing and going through a robust digital transformation. The business and senior leadership have put a huge emphasis on security initiatives and are looking for passionate team members to contribute to the growth and development of the security environment.

We are seeking a highly skilled IAM Engineer with a strong background in Security. This ideal candidate will be responsible for Assisting in the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-wide centralized identity and access management (IAM) systems. This encompasses various aspects such as identity verification, access control, privileged access management, single sign-on (SSO) federation, and the integration of Software as a Service (SaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) cloud technologies. This is a contract with potential to hire role that offers a hybrid schedule with 2 days on site!

Your RoleServe as a subject matter expert in Identity and Access Management (IAM), providing deep expertise in authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle management, and identity governance.Develop policies, document best practices, and support operational procedures around IAM, driving standards and supporting integrations with third-party directories.Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, managing multiple complex projects with overlapping deadlines within a change control environment.Collaborate across IT teams and with application owners to integrate and onboard application security and roles with centralized IAM directories, delivering on-premise and cloud-based IAM best practicesEnsure that all new and existing IAM solutions adhere to enterprise IT security, risk, and compliance policies and standards.Manage authorization, account creation, and provisioning across various applications, while fully administering certificate and key management platforms.Experience5+ years of related work experience in IT and Security5+ years’ experience working with scripting, PowerShell, JavaScript, and PythonKnowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Identity security practices, and IAM technologiesExperience in all domains of information security, encompassing regulatory compliance, risk assessment, implementation of controls, governance frameworks, and audit processes. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
