📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Job Outline:Working to successfully booking music & celebrity talent, satisfy clients, and maximize revenue from commercial activity.
Key Responsibilities
Work on behalf of clients to secure talent suited to their needsProcure opportunities, negotiate terms and confirm commercial engagements in a range of different areas (personal appearances, social media activity, brand ambassador roles and more) to the satisfaction of both clients and talentMaintain excellent relationships with talent and clientsTroubleshoot and deal with any issues that may arise before, during and/or after the engagement/activity.Source valuable new clients, build strong relationshipsRecord and track all leadsLiaise with Marketing department to promote talent availability and latest newsBe a brand ambassador for MN2SDemonstrate the core values of the company on a day-to-day basis in all activitiesMN2S may vary the duties and responsibilities at any time and from time to time according to the needs of the business
Selection Criteria
Previous sales experience (at least 1-2 years ideally)Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levelsHighly motivated with a drive to succeed and a passion for talent representation and the agency businessStrong team playerEntrepreneurial spiritStrong business senseExcellent listening and negotiation skillsExcellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workAttention to detail and problem solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong work ethic and the ability to work well under pressureStrong organisational skills in a fast-paced environmentConfident with a good sense of humour
Office Hours: 9am-6pm
