One of our government clients is looking for a PeopleSoft FSCM Functional Analyst. This is a hybrid contract role for 6 months with chance of extension or conversion to full-time located in Houston, TX. *US Citizens and Green Card holder are eligible to apply. Locals preferred.

Job Description:The Business Analyst must have a solid understanding of both the PeopleSoft General Ledger (GL) and/or Commitment Control (KK) modules. The core duties include supporting PUM upgrade project with requirement analysis, conducting review meetings with subject matter experts (SMEs), documenting complex system requirements, processes, test scenarios, test scripts, and training, performing hands-on testing, and supporting multiple test cycles.
Requirements:· 5 years as a Business Analyst on PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) implementation or upgrade projects and support· 3 years of PeopleSoft v9.0 or above FSCM General Ledger (GL) or Commitment Control (KK)· Experience as a Business Analyst in identifying requirements and creating formal functional documents for key business stakeholders and SMEs· Experience with Building Queries, Trees· Knowledge and experience working with the flow of accounting transactions and overall interaction between General Ledger, and other modules· Strong analysis skills of Financial Systems and expertise in developing for PeopleSoft financials and financial reporting· Ability to work independently with limited direction, and work in a team environment
Preferences:· Experience in other PeopleSoft modules Asset management· Experience working in the public sector· Experience in AM, Ex Rpt
Experience level: 6-7 years
Experience:Functional Analyst (prefer PeopleSoft): 7 years (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:Houston, TX 77002: Relocate before starting work (Required)
