Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Restaurant Manager role located in Milwaukee, WI at Mo's Irish Pub. The Restaurant Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, including driving sales through customer satisfaction, customer service, hiring, and communication, to ensure exceptional operational performance and guest experiences.

Ability to drive salesProven track record in achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and customer serviceExperience in hiring, training, and leading a team towards successExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with staff and guestsExtensive knowledge of food and beverage service and preparationPassion for the hospitality industry and providing exceptional guest experiencesExperience in restaurant management or related field is required
