📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities

Applicants having a gap in their career due to some family emergency or personal reasons but are now ready to kick start their career will also be considered. Training will be conducted for the duration of one month to provide learning/brush up on tools, technologies, and methodologies that they will be using while working. Interview preparation will be given before submitting the profile for interview.
On-the-job support will be there after the placement.
A QA tester, or Quality Assurance tester, plays a crucial role in software development by ensuring that software products and applications meet quality standards before they are released to customers.
Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled QA Tester to join our team and contribute to the quality assurance process of our software products. The QA Tester will be responsible for identifying defects, executing test cases, and reporting findings to the development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software.
Responsibilities:Develop and execute test cases based on software requirements and user stories.Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools.Perform regression testing to ensure that software changes do not introduce new issues.Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and ensure test coverage.Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.Participate in project meetings to provide input on quality-related issues and status updates.Conduct usability testing to assess the overall user experience of software applications.Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing and quality assurance.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role in software development.Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software products.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
