Position Description

Responsibilities include leadership of the Grenada, MS. Data Center finance function with a primary focus on measuring, analyzing and driving results within an 80/20 environment.

This position plays a key role on the plant leadership team, providing timely and comprehensive financial insights to the group.

Key Responsibilities

Lead monthly forecasting and annual planning functions for the plant.Finalize projections and outputs in collaboration with the NA Data Center Finance ManagerDrive accountability to forecasted results and ensure timely submission of deliverables Understand and quantify the trade off’s and compromises associated with various scenario’s and options.Analyze plant financial results against prior forecast and plan. Oversee the compilation and timely submission of standardized financial and KPI outputs:Swings Analyses (actuals, forecast and plan scenarios)Weekly Dashboards, Operational Performance ReportingMonthly inventory summaries, Others as needed Communicate actual and forecasted results in business terms to various levels of management.Lead monthly business review with plant managerUnderstand the root causes of variances and recommend improvementsSupport the plant manager and his team with ad-hoc analysis, reporting and insights. Be the financial voice at the table providing sound analysis to support decision making. Analyze and justify significant capex investments by the regionExhibit strong leadership behaviors in conjunction with the 80/20 operating model

Required Education & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting or FinanceMBA/ CPA / CMA Certifications a plusMinimum of 5 years of financial experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong skillsets in areas of financial analysis, forecasting, and driving business resultsHands-on system experience with an integrated ERP system and a global consolidation systemStrong PC skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Working knowledge of US GAAP
