Position Description

If you are analytical, inquisitive, and enjoy diving into financial data, you’re in the right place. Our ideal candidate has excellent analytical skills, extensive modeling experience, proficiency in systems, and a hands-on mindset.

You’ll serve as a valued business partner by providing in depth financial analysis and reporting. We are looking for someone who can get behind the numbers and identify trends in our rapidly growing business.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reviews and forecasts.Manage the monthly and quarterly reporting process and communicate results to various levels of management Identify the root cause for forecast variances. Work cross functionally with key stakeholders on process improvementsUse learnings and insights to refine future financial forecastsUse knowledge of financial systems to streamline reporting and provide in depth ad-hoc analysis. You have:Sophisticated excel modeling skills, and experience building financial models Familiarity using systems such as SAP or HFM in a manufacturing environment Familiarity with manufacturing finance concepts to include standard costing and absorptionPartner with sales & marketing team to support strategic customer engagements:Maintain sales funnel and actively participate in associated discussions and analysisLead product profitability analysis and identify improvement opportunitiesManage backlog and headcount reportingExhibit strong leadership behaviors in conjunction with the 80/20 operating model.

Required Education & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting or FinanceMBA/ CPA / CMA Certifications a plusMinimum of 5 years of financial experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong skillsets in areas of financial analysis, forecasting, and driving business resultsHands-on system experience with an integrated ERP system and a global consolidation systemStrong PC skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Working knowledge of US GAAP
