Position Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Governance Risk and Compliance Manager to join our team. This position will report to the Global Director of Information Security, CISO. You will play a critical role in designing, implementing, maintaining, and managing Modine’s information security governance, risk, and compliance programs. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing risks, and promoting a culture of compliance within the organization. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior staff, and ensure the highest level of compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Developing, implementing, and maintaining governance, risk, and compliance programsDeveloping and implementing GRC strategies, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and internal infosec standards.Ensuring compliance with industry regulatory requirements.Conducting risk assessments and implementing risk management strategiesPromoting a culture of compliance within the organizationCollaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and proceduresProviding guidance and training to staff on compliance-related mattersMonitoring and reporting on compliance and risk management activitiesStaying up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and industry standards

Business Partnering

Provide periodic review of operations metrics to business leadership and all stakeholdersFacilitate coordination and execution of customer satisfaction reviews with business partners

Required Education & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT (Information Technology), MIS, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, related field, or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in governance, risk, and compliance management or related field.Excellent skills in analyzing complex situations, identifying risks, and proposing effective solutionsExperience and expertise in using market leading GRC toolsIn-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standardsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent analytical, prob5em-solving, and project management skillsAbility to work independently, meet deadlines, and drive for resultsAbility to think logically and independently and solve complex problemsAbility to apply the Modine Values and support the 80/20 initiatives
