Position Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Identity & Access Management Architect to join our team. This position will report to the Global Director of Information Security, CISO. You will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining Modine’s IAM processes, tools, and systems. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring efficient and effective identity and access management for the organization. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and ensure the highest level of network security.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement IAM processes, tools, and systemsDevelop and maintain IAM policies and proceduresEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutionsMonitor and analyze IAM data to identify and mitigate risksMentor junior engineers and provide guidance on IAM best practices

Business Partnering

Partner with HRIS and regional IT leadership and all stakeholdersFacilitate coordination and execution of job families, roles, birthright access, etc

Required Education & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT (Information Technology), MIS, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, related field, or equivalent experience7+ years of combined information security, compliance, and governance experienceIn-depth knowledge of IAM principles, processes, and technologiesKnowledge of and experience in utilizing various methodologies and frameworks (NIST, COBIT, COSO, ITIL, ISO 27001/27002 and 27018)Working knowledge of IAM tools and systems (e.g., Microsoft Entra, Identity providers, SSO integrators, Identity lifecycle Management automations, etc.)Certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirablePossess excellent written and oral communications skillsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, teamwork and project management skillsBe able to work independently, meet deadlines, and drive for resultsBe able to think logically and independently and solve complex problems in their assigned area of responsibilityBe able to apply the Modine Values and support the 80/20 initiatives
