Job Description
Responsibilities:Develop applications using Vlocity/OmniStudio tools, including Flex cards, OmniScript, Data Raptors, and Integration Procedure.Utilize Salesforce platform expertise to customize and configure solutions, with a focus on Vlocity/OmniStudio development, Salesforce Flows, and other customizations.Design and develop complex Lightning Web Components for modern UI development within Salesforce.Write Apex code to implement custom functionalities and extend Salesforce capabilities as required.Integrate Salesforce with external systems using Vlocity/OmniStudio Integration Procedure (IR).Manage Vlocity/OmniStudio deployment processes from one org to another, utilizing DevOps tools like Copado, IDX, etc.Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues related to Vlocity/OmniStudio development, ensuring timely resolution.
Requirements:Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience as a core developer, with a focus on Vlocity/OmniStudio development.Certification as a Vlocity/OmniStudio Developer/Consultant preferred.Experience working within the insurance domain using Vlocity/OmniStudio will be an added advantage.Proficiency in Salesforce platform customization, configuration, and development.Strong knowledge and experience in developing Lightning Web Components.Expertise in Apex programming for customizations and extending Salesforce functionalities.Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using Vlocity/OmniStudio Integration Procedure (IR).Experience with Vlocity/OmniStudio deployment processes and DevOps tools like Copado, IDX, etc.Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on troubleshooting technical issues related to Vlocity/OmniStudio development.
