Jr. Experiential Producer

Company Description Moment Creative is a marketing company based in Denver, Colorado that specializes in experiential, engagement, and event marketing. We create moments of consumer immersion that bring brands and products to life. Our goal is to build memorable experiences for our clients and their customers, and we are looking for a Jr. Experiential Producer to join our team and help make these moments matter.

Role Description This is a full-time on-site Jr. Experiential Producer role located in Denver, CO. In this role, you will bring to life the ideas and concepts that our Strategists and Creative team develop, and help manage the on-site execution of these experiences. You will work alongside other Producers, and manage various aspects of the event production, including vendor and client communications, venue management, and staffing. You will also collaborate with our Design team to develop assets and collateral that bring the event experience to life.

Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in event or experiential marketing production, with a focus on managing on-site execution and logisticsA bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferredExcellent organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple complex event projects with high attention to detailExperience managing vendor relationships, and ability to negotiate on behalf of clientsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teamsStrong problem-solving skills, and ability to manage and resolve issues in real-time on-siteAbility to work collaboratively with internal teams, including Strategists, Creatives, Designers, and other ProducersExperience with budgeting and financial management of event projects is a plusExperience with software such as Slack, Asana, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a plus
