Communications Associate - B2B Public Relations Agency

As a key player in its fast-paced agency, you will have the opportunity to work with industry leaders and drive impactful communication strategies.

As a Communications Associate, you will be instrumental in executing comprehensive communication plans for their diverse portfolio of B2B clients. You will collaborate closely with account managers and senior leadership to develop and implement strategic PR initiatives that elevate client brands, increase thought leadership, and drive business growth.

The Role:Collaborate with the internal team to develop and execute integrated communication plans tailored to each client's objectives.Create compelling written content, including press releases, media pitches, bylined articles, blog posts, and social media posts.Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media contacts to secure coverage in target publications and outlets.Monitor media coverage and industry trends, providing regular updates and insights to internal teams and clients.

The Ideal Candidate:Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.1-2 years of full-time experience in PR, preferably in an agency environment.Strong writing skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging content for various platforms.Proven track record of securing media coverage and building relationships with journalists and editors.Familiarity with social media platforms and experience managing social media accounts for business purposes.Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with PR software/tools (e.g., Cision, Meltwater) is a plus.

Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 depending on experience.
