As an expert, you will bring a deep technical mastery of the process and equipment. That expertise allows you to lead the planning, process development, and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements in a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment. You will manage this through teams consisting of various technical and non-technical personnel, key support contractors, and operations personnel.

Partner & Enable the line leader(s) to deliver the SQCDSM targets-Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability & Morale for the lines, to ensure Process stability; Participate in the DMS- Daily Management systems meetings at the shift and line levelOwn the technology and process and centerline settings for the equipment and process and have deep technical mastery of the process and equipment; Owns the PM-Progressive maintenance systems and work processes and the PM-Progressive Maintenance Key Performance Indicators for the line/s along with Centerline Management systems; owns the R&M-Repairs & Maintenance budget of the lineDevelop, own, and execute the line/s preventive and time-based maintenance systems and plans and build the capability of the team to execute themselves; Build (spends at least 50% of time) technical and maintenance skills of the technicians working in the shifts, so that they can operate and maintain their equipment themselves; be part of the PM Pillar, own all PM systems and work process at the line level and lead some of them at the department levelPartner with the Asset and Reliability team for system improvement and execution of special maintenance tasks; be responsible for Change Management on the line/s, localization of spares and proper break-down analysis and R&M cost reduction for the line/s; Represent the department/line/s as the site technology owner in the regional and global technology forumsAssist in VSU for the new initiatives and enable the VSU team; Help the line leader in internal and external benchmarking and reapplication; be the subject matter expert on one of the component categories and be a trainer of PM-related subjects for the plant

Facilitate company strategies for Storeroom Improvement Initiatives.Develop Storeroom “Best Practices” and share among other Mondelez Storeroom Managers.Integrate the Storeroom with the Maintenance Planning process.Provide training in SAP PM/MM to Storeroom, Planners, and Maintenance Personnel.Maintain the integrity of the Mondelez Enterprise Catalog.Develop and maintain Storeroom Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and communicate SOP’s with maintenance and plant personnel.Analyze and recommend adjustments to inventory levels, considering maintenance input and inventory optimization theory.Consider customer input and inventory optimization theory to identify and delete obsolete/surplus inventory levels.Serve as a liaison between the Storeroom and Maintenance Planners to communicate part obsolescence, replacements, etc., and to assure equipment BOMs are being maintained and updated.Conduct daily review of cycle counts.Drive MRO Inventory Management by engaging with the maintenance planners and finance.Actively supports all Maintenance and plant-driven initiatives.Prioritize and oversee assigned daily work performed by Storeroom Supervisors, including MRP runs, Cycle Count Accuracy, Work Order Parts Reservations, development, and training needs.Work closely with the personnel department on all matters related to employee staffing, discipline, etc.Work with the Engineering Department on Engineering methods and standards that ensure successful critical spare parts implementation and material obsolescence.Work closely with vendors to optimize inventory costs.Ensure all Storeroom attendants comply with all Mondelez policies, procedures, and GMPs.Ensure all storeroom attendants perform all work safely and efficiently.Provide Leadership and training in the requisitioning and receiving of operating supplies and services, excluding direct raw/packaging and capital, for the plant.Control and approve all requests for new part adds, deletions, and obsoletes.Work closely with the Finance Department to research and validate invoices for MRO-purchased materials. Run open purchase order reports and take proper action with vendors or the Buying Center.Develop and implement cost-saving measuresDevelop and implement a defined material kitting process for PM and planned work orders.Manage the MRO budget and provide feedback/analysis to the Maintenance Manager.Provides guidance and training to Storeroom SupervisorsPrepares written evaluation, ‘MAPS’, for Storeroom Supervisors.Manage and oversee day-to-day external repairs with the RAAMP agent.
Qualifications
Proficiency in SAP PM/MM. SAP knowledge (at least 3 years experience)Proficiency in MRO Inventory Management. Strong familiarity with multiple MRO commodities Proficiency in MRO Purchasing & Requisitioning Experience in sourcing and buying indirect materials Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to multi-task Project management experience is preferred.
