📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We're looking for an Executive Team Assistant to join our team in New York as part of our Support function.
Your Role: We are looking for a natural decision maker with the ability to think under pressure & display excellent judgement, you will be a confident and professional Team Assistant who will support the Money20/20 Executive Team. As part of this role you will cover critical administration support for 2 senior USA based executives across the east and west coast as well as supporting the Senior Executive Assistant as and when required.
You will be a self-starter capable of acting on your own initiative and proactively managing competing demands. Bringing your skills as an Executive Assistant/PA you will be able to hit the ground running, be extremely organized and confident, with a willingness to learn and a can-do attitude
Key Responsibilities Management of ever changing & complex diaries across multiple time zonesLarge group meeting-planning across multiple time zones and teamsTravel booking (domestic and international)Minute taking & distribution of actions for team meetingsCollecting & preparing briefing noteBooking meeting rooms and desks for SVPs and teamsExpenses and general adminCreating and editing google sheet decks, creating Google formsOrganizing events / staff entertainmentAd-hoc projects and research as necessarySome flexibility may be required as supporting East & West coast based Execs
Your ExperienceMust have previous experience as an EA/PA role for multiple senior level staffStrong IT skills, experience with G-Suite essential including Gmail, Google calendar and Google meetHighly organized with great attention to detailAbility to juggle multiple tasks at one timeTop notch communication skills and follow throughProactive and personable

Ascential anticipates in good faith that the position shall be compensated at a base salary no lower than the posted minimum and no higher than the posted maximum. Each candidate's actual salary will be a function of the candidate’s qualifications, the locally competitive market rate and will be consistent with Ascential's internal approach to base salary compensation.
