Position Overview

As part of the IT Incident Management team at MoneyGram, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation, optimization, and enhancement of our IT Service Support application(s). You will be responsible for providing day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and support for these critical systems, collaborating with stakeholders across various departments to drive continuous improvement and adherence to industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Administer, support, and maintain IT Service Support application(s) for Incident, Problem, Request, and Change Management. Evaluate, implement, and test application patches and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and functionality. Provide second-level support for production control, applications development, quality assurance, and business users. Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making and operational efficiency. Develop innovative solutions and tools to monitor service and productivity levels, driving proactive improvements. Customize reports and provide ad-hoc reporting to meet business requirements. Optimize IT service support application(s) functionality and document changes to support established processes. Collaborate with vendors to facilitate upgrades and adhere to industry best practices. Recommend, develop, and implement improvements to enhance system performance and user experience. Address technical support issues, liaising with 3rd-party vendors as necessary and participating in on-call rotations. Provide training and guidance to stakeholders at all levels on the effective use of service support application(s). Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3+ years of experience in IT operations, with a focus on administration and support of service support applications. 3+ years SQL Server experience preferred. Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Experience in developing and customizing reports to meet business needs. Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices in IT service management. Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software applications for service support. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and coach stakeholders at all levels. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., ITIL, ServiceNow) are a plus.

Anticipated Base Pay: $65K - $70K + participation in our annual bonus plan
