Als Schnitt-Monster verwandelst Du unser Video-Rohmaterial in echte Scroll-Stopper.
Du bringst Story, Tempo und starke Hooks zusammen und machst aus Sekunden Aufmerksamkeit messbare Performance.
Aufgaben
- Du schneidest Social-Media-Ads, Reels, Shorts und Performance-Content für Instagram, TikTok und LinkedIn
- Du entwickelst packende Einstiege, schnelle Cuts und dynamische Dramaturgien, die sofort catchen
- Du kombinierst Footage, Sound, Text und Motion Graphics zu aufmerksamkeitsstarken Creatives
- Du testest Varianten und Hooks für maximale Wirkung und arbeitest eng mit unserem Creative- und Performance-Team zusammen
- Du lieferst schnell, strukturiert und zuverlässig – auch bei engen Deadlines
Qualifikation
- Du hast ein starkes Gespür für Timing, Storytelling und aktuelle Social-Trends
- Du weißt, wie man die ersten Sekunden nutzt, damit niemand weiterscrollt
- Du arbeitest präzise, eigenständig und performanceorientiert
- Du bist ein Teamplayer mit sicheren Deutschkenntnissen (Englisch nice to have)
- Sehr sicherer Umgang mit Premiere Pro oder Final Cut; After Effects ist ein Plus
