My client, an established investment firm in Boston, is looking for a talented and proactive Executive Assistant to join their administrative team!

Position Highlights:Complex calendar management and travel coordination for senior leadershipDocument management, meeting preparation and debriefsEmails and correspondence managementWork closely with executives on strategic initiatives and projectsEvent coordination and supportAssist with presentation creationExpense reportsAd hoc projects as needed
Required Experience:Minimum 5 years of administrative experience supporting executive levelBS/BA degree requiredStrong communication and proofreading skillsHigh attention to detailAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
