Brand Store Manager

We are actively seeking a highly motivated, sales-driven Brand Store Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving overall retail sales and managing all activities at our Brand Store in New York.Dedicated to delivering the ultimate brand experience, our Brand Store is a place where customer satisfaction is paramount. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES:- Responsible for overseeing overall retail sales and all activities, both nationally and internationally, in the Brand Store.- Accountable for achieving allocated targets and implementing successful retail sales plans and yearly budgets.- Collaborate with the Brand Identity department to set the agenda for events and rebuilds.- Serve as the main point of contact for all visitors and customers in the Brand Store.- Provide advice and sell Moooi’s collection, ensuring the accomplishment of sales targets.- Foster and strengthen relationships with key customers through customer-oriented and commercial service.- Regularly exchange information with the Sales department to ensure seamless coordination.- Motivate and coach team members in the Brand Store.- Conduct meetings with Sales Managers to discuss ongoing business and new developments.

PLACE IN ORGANISATIONThis role is based at our Brand Store in New York, and you will report directly to the Head of Americas.

With a proven track record in retail sales, preferably in high-end customer service and luxury retail, you possess a solid understanding of furniture and lighting. Familiarity with the local market is a definite plus.

WHAT DO WE OFFER?We are pleased to extend a contract for an indefinite period, featuring a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000, depending on experience, complemented by a performance-based bonus.Our comprehensive benefits package includes:- 15 vacation days per calendar year, increasing by 2 days annually to a maximum of 20 days- 9 public holidays and 5 sick days, all based on full-time employmentMoooi's insurance benefits:- Health, vision & dental insurance plans, with an employer contribution of 90% for the best value single plan- An annual contribution of $1,000 (based on a single plan) into an employee's Health Reimbursement Account (HRA plan) for qualified medical expenses- 6% of your gross salary in a SEP IRA, up to $5,000 per year.
